अपने मुकाम हासिल करने में इतने हम मशरूफ हुए कि फ़िसलते गए रेत की तरह ज़िन्दगी के वो हसीन लम्हे दौलत और शोहरत पाने में छूट गए कुछ अपने रिश्तो में आ गए फासले और रह गई कुछ खूबसूरत यादें कहने को तो 'फेसबुक फ्रेंड्स ' की लिस्ट है बहुत लंबी पर सच्चे यार मिलते है कहा और भीड़ में भी रहते है तनहा याद आते है वो पल दोस्तों के साथ मौज-मस्ती के  काश वो ज़माना फिर लौटे और सजे फिर से महफिलें - Dr. Angelica

Love is a many splendoured thing with infinite definitions and dimensions. It is an emotion felt within translating into words and actions.   Love  is when a doting mother saves the last morsel of food for her child sleeping hungry herself.  Love is when a girl lovingly ties the Rakhi on her elder brother's wrist who in turn vows to protect and support her for life. Love is when an excited preschooler makes a special card to gift his teacher. Love  is when a silver haired granny offers her specs to her irate spouse, who has misplaced his,  to read the newspaper. Love is when an awestruck teenager spends the whole day in front of his beloved's window to get a glimpse of her.    Love is when your best friend skips the happening party to give you company when you are too sick to go. Love is listening to your parents gossip and stories about yesteryears even when you are not interested.  Love is when your husband puts off the alarm and lets you sleep ...

  The blue sky becomes overcast Acquiring a grayish hue fast Clouds jostling with each other A sudden cool breeze drifts farther A light drizzle sprinkles down Making a mosaic on the ground Emanating a heavenly scent Enveloping everything in a glistening tent Chirping birds scurrying in a hurry Trees swaying happily with the flurry Kids jumping gleefully in the puddles Couples strolling with cuddles   Sitting with my cuppa ginger tea I admire this amazing beauty And realise Nature's lessons The impermanence of the seasons Change is the only constant Turbulent times are transient So do not let negativity thrive And keep the beacon of hope alive   - Dr. Angelica Mehta
